The biodiesel boat races were a very fun project. Using the biodiesel that was made in class, we constructed putt putt boats to race down a track. The lightest, best boat would go the fastest, and the group that won got 15 extra credit points in class. My boat was made out of a milk carton, which was not very balanced, so my boat was not very fast. Oh well, I still had a good time making my boat.

I loved this lab! Everyone's boat was so unique. I am glad we got to have this week to take off pressure form chemistry.
