Found in both Eastern Deciduous Forest and Tall Grass Prairie
Uses:
- Malaria (flower tea)
- High fevers (leaf tea)
- Snakebites and spiderbites (poultice of flowers and leaves)
- Diuretic (seeds and leaves or tea of the stem pith)
- Diarrhea (leaves astringent)
